Fern Siebler is an abstract artist based in Melbourne, Australia.
Fern grew up in a small regional town in North Central Victoria, where her passion for earth, the flow of nature and all things colour began. Fern's abstractions are best known to be layered and flowing, full of fluidity and movement.
Fern originally trained as a graphic designer (BA.Communication Design), and she then worked in this field for several years. She feels so grateful to be painting her life away for art loving customers -whether they are buying their first piece of art or coming back for more. And as a huge bonus Fern gets to have lots of snuggles throughout the day with her "one true love" and studio assistant(albeit a lazy one!), Goldie, her Cavalier pup.

What's your style?
My style is sort of my personality in a way. A bit of this and a bit of that. I paint with a bit of everything under the sun these days. I have developed many different series and I’m proud to continue to explore and grow with the support of my art loving community. The one constant throughout my works across all mediums, is the movement, flow, use of gold(of course!), balance and colour.
What inspires you?
Anything and everything. Although, I am heavily inspired by the powerful force that is mother nature - the earth’s elements. The sunlight in the leaves, on the water, ripples of the river and thundering waves of the ocean.
Can I visit your studio?
