Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are also not applicable to commissioned artworks unless you have received notification in writing from the artist.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please email email@example.com as soon as possible. Please include photo's of any damage in your email.
Artworks are hand painted and may have details, brushstrokes, splashes, marks etc that form part of the artwork. This is normal and part of the artwork being original. Artworks are delicate and should be handled with utmost care. Unfortunately I can only offer a return, exchange or refund if the item is damaged in transit, not if the item was damaged by you. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items such as clothing, scarves, lifestyle products.
If you think you need to return your product, you should email email@example.com and await further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
