Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are also not applicable to commissioned artworks unless you have received notification in writing from the artist.

If your item has been damaged in transit, please email hello@fernsiebler.com.au as soon as possible. Please include photo's of any damage in your email.

Original art

Artworks are hand painted and may have details, brushstrokes, splashes, marks etc that form part of the artwork. This is normal and part of the artwork being original. Artworks are delicate and should be handled with utmost care. I offer care advice for your artworks in the form of a printed flyer with delivery of artwork.

All alcohol ink artworks are protected with a fine art UV conservation varnish. Alcohol ink artworks are made from a beautiful but delicate dye based ink that may fade is exposed to the following: should not be exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources, humidity, temperature extremes, harmful lighting that emits heat or UV such as halogen or fluorescent. LED lighting is best recommended for artworks as they do not emit heat or UV.

Unfortunately I can only offer a return, exchange or refund if the item is damaged in transit, not if the item was damaged by you or other reasons. If you are concerned about something please email hello@fernsiebler.com.au

Additional information

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items such as clothing, scarves, lifestyle products.

Shipping
If you think you need to return your product, you should email hello@fernsiebler.com.au and await further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
