Ever met a gaslighter? this ones for you ;) sorry not sorry to see them go... painted with a fire in my soul, spirit in my heart, healing in my mind. What was pain,  made me a fighter. stronger. wiser. burned. but a fighter. x

gaslighting noun
Definition: psychological manipulation of a person usually over an extended period of time that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, uncertainty of one's emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator.

My goal with this artwork was to channel my energy and emotions from many situations defined as gaslighting over the years into a visual reminder of strength. If you've experienced a situation like this, I see you, I hear you, you are not alone and I wrap my arms around you. Art is therapy for me and thats why I'm here!

This mini original artwork is on a thing edged canvas of 1.5cm. It can lean on a shelf against a wall, or hung up on a wall - anywhere you need a reminder you are strong! xx
