A fundraising piece for Pancare Foundation

 'Be my light' by Fern Siebler is an original mixed media painting on stretched canvas, framed locally in oak. It measures 122 x 92cm x 5cm(framed size). The colours in the painting (purples, tones of periwinkle and shades of greens) represent the awareness colours for upper GI cancers supported by Pancare Foundation. The twinkling metallic gold pigment and gold leaf highlights running through the piece represent little threads of hope, and aim to act as a beacon of light shining through to the viewer.
